We Make It Easy!
Not happy? That makes us sad. :( However, not to worry! Simply ship the item back to us and we'll take care of it from there. Refund? Sure! Exchange? Of course!
All items are carefully and personally inspected for any possible defects before they are shipped out and signed by one of our Quality Control specialists. We will not ship out defective items.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange.
How to Return/Exchange An Item:
A quick email is appreciated to give us a heads up but if that's too much work, no worries!
Please include the original invoice with your return/exchange shipment. If you cannot locate it, please include your order number, full name and email address so that we have the information to process your return/exchange. If you do not have this information, please contact us via email so that we can locate it for you. We respond to all emails as quickly and efficiently as we can. We would also appreciate a quick sentence or two as to why you are returning the item. We're always trying to better ourselves so any comments are appreciated.
Please ship items securely and packaged well so that they are not damaged upon receipt. BlankIt! Concepts is not responsible if returned items are lost or damaged in the mail.
